We accept returns and offer refunds on our swimwear within 14 days of the received date. You need to have contacted us within 14 days of your order delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unworn and Unused: This means all items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. Items must not be stained or marked in any way. All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached. Please try on swimwear over your own underwear. This is very important due to hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept your return if this has not been adhered to.

  2. In Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt. 

We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service when returning the product to us. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels or parcels that get damaged in transit, and we will not be able to offer you a refund until we receive and inspect the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us immediately at for further assistance.


Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason and your item(s) will be sent back to you at your own cost.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Sale Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items. This includes any order with a discount applied. However, if you place your first order using our welcome discount code in this instance, we will honour the discount off your first order.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please email with your order number and photo of your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

For your security and the protection of your shipment, it's essential to select a delivery service that provides insurance coverage for the value of your items. Additionally, ensure that your items are shipped with a recorded delivery option and require a signature upon receipt.

Please be aware that any items you intend to return remain your responsibility until they safely reach our warehouse and are officially signed for. Once your returned item(s) have been received at our warehouse, we will promptly initiate the process for a refund. 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at with your full name, order number and reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via a traceable courier. Kashmir Swimwear is not responsible for returns lost whilst in transit
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund if the return criteria is met.

We fully inspect all returned items and if any of the return conditions are not met, then your item(s) will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.

Can I cancel my order

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
