ORDERS & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns and offer refunds on our swimwear within 14 days of the received date or purchase date. This means you need to have made contact with us within 14 days of your order delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unworn and Unused. This means all items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused. Items must not be stained or marked in any way. All tags and hygiene liners must still be attached. Please try on swimwear over your own underwear. This is very important due to hygiene reasons, and we may refuse to accept your return if this has not been adhered to.

  2. In Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

    Please email contact@kashmir-swimwear.com with your full name, order number and reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via a traceable courier. Kashmir Swimwear is not responsible for returns lost whilst in transit.


    FAULTY / MISSING ITEM

    Please inspect your order as soon as you receive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please email contact@kashmir-swimwear.com with your order number and photo of your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.


    CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please make sure when you place your order that you double-check the selected styles and sizes in your cart carefully before proceeding to the checkout. 

    If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Please note at present, we are unable to fulfill orders for shipping to Russia.

The delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location; however, we will aim for all parcels to be delivered to you within 3 - 10 days.

WHERE IS MY ITEM?

If your item is delayed for an extended period, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to investigate this.

Kashmir Swimwear is not liable for packages determined by postage services to be lost/damaged/stolen. After the package departs from our facility, it is regarded as being under the care of the courier, and they are responsible for it. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to a lot of places. If your country isn't listed as a shipping option during checkout, kindly reach out to us at contact@kashmir-swimwear.com, and we'll do our best to assist you with your order and explore possible shipping options to your location.

GARMENT CARE

To ensure the long-lasting quality of your Kashmir swimwear correct care is essential. 

We recommend refraining from using machine washing and strong detergents on your swimwear, as they can be harsh on the delicate fabrics. To maintain the color and shape of your swimwear, we advise hand washing. Always rinse and wash in cold water using a mild fragrance-free detergent specially formulated for swimwear fabrics as soon as you have finished wearing your garment and reshape whilst wet

Never put your swimwear away whilst damp, always wait until completely dry

Do not dry your swimwear in direct sunlight, always dry in the shade

Be aware of items that can damage your swimwear - Exposure to sunscreen, tanning lotion, oils and chlorine can potentially harm or discolour your swimwear. We recommend taking extra care when using these products and always ensure your skin is completely dry before coming into contact with your swimwear

Please not rough surfaces can cause snagging on garments.
